In these two classes, you’ll learn Checkmate Sales Pro’s essentials - how to search for multiple parts at once, research quotes, work orders, purchase orders and invoices, see customer payment history, and so much more! If you’re new to Sales Pro, you’ll leave proficient in the software; if you’re a longtime Checkmate user, you’ll discover new tips, tricks, and game-changers for optimizing your sales workflow! Both Part 1 and Part 2 will be followed by a small-group breakout sessions, so you can work with our trainers on the topics that matter to your business!

Advanced Sales Pro
In this class, we'll taken a deeper dive into Sales Pro's features. We'll cover scanning inventory/alternate vehicle search, advanced quotes, invoicing for multiple parts, and so much more!
Partmate with $martList
Partmate, our portable inventory tool, makes the process of inventorying new vehicles quicker, easier, and simpler than ever before. In this class, we’ll show you how you can use Partmate to quickly grade parts while inventorying them, and how customizing your part lists can save you time, while helping you focus on your bottom line. We’ll also walkthrough Partmate’s $martList feature, which identifies parts that will lead to profits. $martList's transparent algorithm suggests parts to inventory based on marketplace data, your own sales/requests, inventory, labor, and Car-Part Interchange Plus (CPI+).
Accounting and Reports Open Discussion
We'll talk about Checkmate's powerful Accounting tool, and Checkmate Reports - including the latest Excel-based reports. We encourage you to ask the questions that matter for your business, so you can make the most of these features!
Inventory Pro: Parts 1 and 2
Inventory Pro is Checkmate's "command central" for inventory management. These classes will show you how to add vehicle records, inventory loose parts, and maintain inventory information by "drilling down" to exactly the parts you want to edit, making and saving your changes in just a few clicks. We'll cover part grading for various part types, resolution parts, and more! You’ll also get an in-depth look at Inventory Pro’s newest features, which enable you to modify your display to optimally perform a wide variety of inventory workflows with speed and ease!
eBay & Car-Part Interchange Plus (CPI+)
In this live demo, we'll show you how you can use Checkmate Listing Manager for eBay to easily list any number of parts on eBay—each with a vivid description and plenty of photos to keep eBay shoppers choosing your listings over the competition’s. This class will showcase the variety of ways Checkmate simplifies the listing process - from assigning eBay Business Policies, instantly relisting returns, refreshing stagnant listings and more! Along the way, will discuss best practices for thriving in the eBay marketplace.
We’ll also introduce you to Car-Part Interchange Plus (CPI+), which provides new and enhanced interchange for parts for all major makes and models (including Mazda and Mitsubishi!). Parts with interchange are much more visible in online searches on Car-Part.com marketplaces. And CrashLink puts CPI+ within reach for Pinnacle and Powerlink users! In this class , we'll give you the keys to successfully selling parts in a world that is increasingly online. We'll discuss best practices for images, internet sales, and inventory, showing you how to create part listings that perform competitively in today’s online marketplaces.
CrashLink/Car-Part Gold
CrashLink is our first-in-class OE information tool. Using Motor® data, CrashLink serves as a powerful research tool. In this class, we’ll show how to use CrashLink to search for parts by OE number (or other criteria) and view list price history, application information (even for non-interchange parts!), and detailed part diagrams.
We’ll also provide an overview of Car-Part Gold, our subscription package designed to boost your online sales! With Car-Part Gold, you can list parts on Car Part Pro, our professional marketplace, featuring an enhanced search that showcases your parts and services to the collision repair industry. The package also includes Car-Part Messaging (iCPM), the instant messaging program designed specifically for auto recyclers, access to core pricing information, brokering opportunities, real time part verification, and so much more!
Photomate
With abilities that go beyond just snapping pics, our Photomate app enables you to add photos to parts, manage your part locations, assign interchange to Resolution Parts, and even add parts to your inventory, all from your mobile device. In this class, we’ll walk you through this versatile app’s many uses, and we’ll show you the app’s latest enhancements, which make Photomate more dynamic as an editing tool that ever before.
